Internationally renowned for the curving forms of her elongated structures, and gravity-defying works of radical deconstructivist institutional, Iraqi-born British architect Zaha Hadid, who has defined a radically new approach to architecture by creating buildings with multiple perspective points and fragmented geometry to evoke the chaos of modern life has now designed an utterly insane spaceship-like 28,500 square foot futuristic mansion for British Supermodel Naomi Campbell and her billionaire boyfriend Vladislav Doronin.
Located on the north-face hillside in Barvikha, where pine and birch trees grow up to 20-meters high, this villa with fluid geometrics notably emerges from the natural forest landscape.
The futuristic Capital Hill Residence has been divided into two components; one merging with the hillside, and another floating 22 metres above the ground with breathtaking and dynamic views overlooking the dense forest.
The villa is organized on four levels, the lower level serves as a leisure space with a living room, massage and fitness room as well will include a sauna and hamman baths. The ground level is designed for parking space. The first floor houses the study, guest room and children’s room while the top floor has master bedroom with a terrace for breathtaking forest views. The third level features the main living room, dining space, kitchen entertainment and indoor swimming pool.
Zaha Hadid who has the distinction of being the first woman ever to be honored with the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize, has also earlier impressed us with its artistic and futuristic designs including the Zaha Hadid limited edition Z-Boat, the space-age metallic bar designed for Home House in London, the artistic tea & coffee tower, and the liquid glacial table that brings you closer to the nature in artistic form.
