2012 Dutch designer Piet Boon is
world famous for the incredible sophistication in his designs. The robust yet elegant classic Piet Boon style combines natural materials with subdued colour palettes for an unrivaled look

numerous product designs all over the world.

Concrete Wallpaper. The result is amazing in every aspect. One really has to touch it to feel the difference with the real thing.
Concrete with its sober,
subdued character is one of my favorite materials. And now there is this fabulous wallpaper which lets one transform a space, be it a wall or ceilings easily and in a very affordable way. We
also plan to use it for wainscoting panels. Another huge advantage is that minor damages don’t show. They seemingly simply disappear naturally in the ‘structure’. NLXL wallpaper is incredibly
strong and lasts forever.”
Wallpaper has made its
rightful comeback. Over many centuries walls have been decorated and enriched with wallpaper. It creates interest and a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
NLXL is known for the
Scrapwood Wallpaper collection, brainchild of designer Piet Hein Eek and NLXL founder Rick Vintage. This collection won the Editor's award at ICFF New York in 2011. Recently the company
introduced the "Brooklyn Tins" wallpaper collection for Paris based concept store "Merci". The collections are available in over 55 countries.

Concrete Wallpaper by Piet Boon® was introduced in May 2012 during the New York design week at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair and at a special event in collaboration with The
Future Perfect of New York (thru june 20, 2012). In the Netherlands the collection will be launched at Piet Boon Headquarters on June 7, 2012 at 3 pm.
